Matt Zintsmaster came to Key West in 1997 to escape the cold winters of Chicago; leaving behind the suit and tie of the corporate world in exchange for shorts and a pair of sandals.  He grew up in the small resort town of Angola, Indiana where he met his high school sweetheart and future wife.  He spent the first two years of college in pre-med at the University of Notre Dame before transferring to Indiana University and graduating with a BA in Psychology.  He has been working in the appraisal business in Key West since 2000 and received his State-Certified Residential Appraiser license in 2002.  In 2007, he founded Bone Island Appraisal Company at 925 White Street in Key West.  Outside of work, Matt stays busy running his two daughters between school, soccer, and ballet while occasionally squeezing in a round of golf.
